Russ, have you talked to your Doctor about a cortisone shot for your elbow?  I have had a couple similar problems with my elbows(especially after taking viagra and then no one else shows up Undecided)

But the shots really do help.  Something to think about.  And they are not as bad as the shots in the shoulder.
