TO ALL,

I KNOW ITS A LITTLE EARLY TO THINK ABOUT THE TEAM TOURNEY ON LAKE WA, BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE TO WIN THE TOURNEY. 20LBS,15LBS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, OR MORE THAN 25LBS.
MY GUESS IS 22LBS.
WON'T BE MAKING THE RIVER TOURNEY YOU GUYS HAVE ABLAST AND CATCH SOME FISH FOR ME. I HAVE A CHARITABLE GUIDE SERVICE FOR SOME PEOPLE AT MY CHURCH ON LAKE WA FOR PERCH THAT SATURDAY AND A WEDDING THAT SATURDAY NIGHT TO GO TO.

Russ-

I'll speculate on Lake Washington and the Columbia.

Columbia River:

I think it will take 25 lbs at the Columbia River next week because the lower Columbia has the potential for  monster smallies and largies at this time of the year. The fish are really on a feeding binge.

Lake Washington- Team Tourney

I also think it will take 25 lbs at Lake Washington because of the  "Team Tourney" format where you can get 6 fish rather than 5.  This should  make the bags a little bigger even though traditionally this Tourney hasn't really turned out big weights or lots of limits the last few years.  However, with that said...I really think some team will figure it out this year and bring in the 25+ bag.    We'll see!

Though I will not be attending, my guess will be on the conservative side due to the high barometric pressure.  I would say that 15.5lbs. autta do'er.

No less than 30 pounds... 5 smallies, 7 largemouth.

Grin

I didn't think I would be fishing the tournament, but Terry Steffensen begged and pleaded and offered me money to fish with him. How can I pass up free money???

Ok, maybe I just get tired of driving over the lake witout fishing it and wanted to use some leftover vacation money to pay for Terry's new gashog boat. I hope you guys appreciate the whoopin' we're going to put on you all. I am piling up homework assignments for this!!!

Why aren't you attending anyways, Holmes?

If ya can't stand the heat, get out the kitchen!!!

Or better yet , stay in your comfortable home on the other side of the state!!! That's right! I wanna see that 15 pounds you are going to bring in for two days, 'cause Terry and I are going to weight that much each day!

I want you! I want you! Time to go to school!

That's right, Terry! I know why MR. Holmes moved to the other side of the state!!!

Take away the tumbleweeds and canyon walls and he's a CHUMP! YA! You heard me, KIRK!

Bring that big Skeeter of yours to this side, and bring Megan or Liz (so you will at least weigh-in something). I wanna see you perform in the greater Metropolitan area!!!

Merriam-Webster defines Panacea as, "a remedy for all ills or difficulties "...

That is EXACTLY what you guys are gonna need after the whoopin' me and Steff are gonna hand out!

Ron and I did a little prefishing today, and I'll just say I'm glad Doug Booth found us a new club scale that weights up to 30 pounds! If you aren't bringing in 12+ a day, you aren't going to be in the top three. You might need more, I'm not sure, because we were only exploring new water today.

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
