I'd like to see 2 or 3 at the latest. 2 would be better.

Larry, late start, early end is fine by me.  This is a casual, fun thing.  No need to be all die-hard about it.  Heck, it's just as fun, if not funner, to hang out at the campsite with everyone than it is to bake in the sun catching dinks (although that can be a kick too).
