Frostbite Tourney?

I was just curious if anyone was planning on representing WBC at the Annual Frostbite Tourney over at Banks lake the first weekend of November.

I'm most likely not going to be able to fish it this year, but can tell you it's a lot of fun from past experience.

I always want to do a little fishin.  Cold weather or not, at least I won't be getting beat up in my little boat.  Hows the fishing at Banks that time of the year?

How's the format work? Who runs it? I may be down for splitting costs, even if it means backseating.

I will be fishing with Lyle.  It is your standard two day event, done fishhing on Sunday by noon.  Out of Coulee Playland, pay up either Friday night or Sat morning.  The tourney is run by the Skagit Valley club and has been around for a few years.  A good event, typical Banks Lake weights to win.  Deeper fish are usually the key.  It can be chilly or warm.  It is fall, hope for the best, but expect the worst.

We have done the frostbite for about the last five years. It's a blast, even though last year it snowed most of the time. If you can maintain a 2lb average for your 10 fish, you will be in the money.

Rob,
I believe it is $110 per team with a $20 big fish option. They used to have a website, where you could download a registration, but the site is no longer up.
