I had a great time at the jamboree until the top of my transom sheered of at the jack plate the second day.

I think that my insurance is going to cover for the rebuild but the quote comes in tomorrow and ill find out how much it is.  then fax the quote to insurance and hold on.

But, unfortunately that will put me out for about 1 to 2 months.

the fellowship was great at the jamboree as usual!

happy and safe fishing

In the immortal words of yourself, Dave, "SUCK!"

I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully the repairs and insurance go smoothly.

Dave- Bummer!  I hope the repairs go quicker than expected - we will certainly miss your fellowship over at Banks.

If you want to go out fishing sometime this summer, feel free to give me a call, I would be glad to take you.

Bob

I stopped by your shop yesterday and some guy there said you were looking into boat repairs. I hope they can fix it without totalling out the boat. If you need a backseat for anything, let me know. Banks is coming up so......

I had my transom rebuit at Tern Boats off A St. in So. Auburn. John is one of the very best fiberglass guys on the west coast. When you buy a boat, get one that's got NO WOOD! Good luck...

Thanks rob,  Ill let you know!  I might have to stay home and work that weekend to help pay for some extras i want to put on while its down and meet the deductable.

thanks a bunch and it was fun that you stopped by.

Steve,  I guess i made a huge mistake at terns.  I saw that crappy looking run down building and i drove right off.  Then you and smitty have told me what an excellent job that he does.

I guess that looks can be deceiving is true.

thanks

Dave
