Thanks for the reminder Larry, I've going down to Pecos Pit tomorrow and will have to stop by Outdoor Emporium to pick up a couple crankbaits.  Who is bringing the actual crankbait tree?

 Here is a recap of the 75th Annual Awards Banquet. First I must say the Sea Hawks victory put all in attendance in a great mood, Go Hawks!
 For those in attendance there was plenty of great food for all! We have some good cooks in the club. After the meal we all enjoyed Nick Barr's presentation on the EWU Sportsmans Club and his experiances in his run to fish the upcomming Bassmaster's Classic. Nick was living the dream and having fun enjoying it.
 This year history was made with the crowning of the first "Junior Angler of the Year" in the 75 year history of Western Bass Club. Futher more it was a father and son team who captured the "Angler of the Year" awards. What a statement made for a club known as a family learning/teaching club. The awards where as follows;

Angler of the Year – Mark Brown

Junior Angler of the Year – Trey Brown

Big Bass of the Year - Dan Caffrey    9.12 lbs

Stringer of the Year - Dan Caffrey     37.84 lbs

Ambassador of the Year – Karl Kramer

Member of the Year – Karl Kramer

Big Tournament Stringer – Larry Sullivan 34.64 lbs

Presidents Award – Christy Six

 A plentyfull raffle was enjoyed by all to wrap up the year end festivities.
