I shall return to defend my title. I might even go this weekend, if I can escape opening day for slimmers.

I went to Lawrence on SAT. and they had boat races and the ramp was blocked off to the public. He must live there or has somewhere else to put in.

I will see you guys there.

Ya, I got there at 5:50 AM on Sunday to find everything blocked by the boats.  All the Hydros were on trailers completely blocking the launch.  Never knew 'monopolizing' a public launch was legal.

They do it on all the lakes they race on. Every year they race on Black lake and do the same thing. I believe they get permits to close the launch to the public.

They even camp at the launches, even though there is no over night parking.

I guess everybody has their hobby. I just wish they advertise better so I wouldn't waste the gas to go and not be able to fish.

What to use .....  sinkos, spinner baits, creature baits.  The key is to keep these baits wet.
