	CAST for Kids - Saturday, September 9th If you haven't already signed up, please do so now so I can let Jim Owens know how many bass boats he can count on for these children: Here's my current list -- if you signed up and I don't show your name please remind me: 1. Ground support: Angie Dover Nick Barr We really need you and your boat! Volunteers need to be at Gene Coulon Park in Renton by 7:00AM. The children will be loaded into your boat (previous to launching) between 9:00 – 9:30AM and then you will return to the launch around 12:00N for a BBQ. If you do not have a boat and want to volunteer to help on the ground, please let me know so I can get you signed up for a responsibility. 	Just a reminder to all that have signed up to help at this event -- IT's TOMORROW -- SATURDAY, Sept 9th Be at Gene Coulon park by 7:30AM -- do not launch your boats -- they will be put in after the children have been loaded in your boat on land. Remember this event happens in Rain or Sunshine! See you all in the morning! Andrea

	I just want to say THANK YOU to all of the WBC volunteers that came out bright & early this morning to help with the CAST for Kids event. We had 9 WBC boats plus a great crew to help with things on the ground. As it turned out, there were 17 kids that no showed so not all of our boats were needed and we were given the opportunity to take out some of the boy scout volunteers. Angie Dover with the assistance of Heather Baker did an outstanding job on the key board that kept track of the tow rig keys matched to the boat on the water -- they were able to figure out an effective system with very little direction. Jose -- did an awesome job directing the non-CAST rigs around to the open lanes of the launch Nick Barr found an area in which he excelled and was of great help. Faz was an awesome help with the loading of children & adults into the boats. Many thanks to the boaters that came out: Henry Dover Chris Blandi Mike Stahlman Phil Hudgens Chuck Bailey Brian Walker Russ Baker Lyle Logston Larry Sullivan I really appreciate the sacrifice of time that you all took in order to attend this event. It is a very special event with some great smiles provided to some very special children & parents caught in all circumstances of life. Thank you again, Andrea
