I've learned an expensive and valuable lesson in physical science.  If you add additional weight to a marker bouys the rate of decent will overcome the revolutions made by the buoy and at some equalizing point.  The air pressure overcome the marker buoys ability to turn somewhere around twenty feet.  In laymen's terms if your running the "Rev rig" around Groat Point outside Meydenbauer bay and happen to snag onto a orange marker buoy with an added weight, I know who it use to belong to...

I'm OK with  "Buoyboy" as long as I get to drive the "Bassmobile."  One other interesting side note:  This like the Titanic was it's maiden toss.  The buoy sinking seemed to happen in slow motion, but my reaction time was even slower.  It seemed to wave Good bye to me as it casually sank, as if it already knew it's fate.  I'm really gonna miss that buoy!
