I had to laugh at that last picture of the deer. Underneath it is the phrase "Catch and release - it's a beautiful thing" HA! That deer was wishing he was a bass!

Let's see, a year in review. Well got the new Nitro 911, which I LOVE. What an awesome boat to fish out of. Had a great ABA tourney with Carlos in the Cobra, that was a great time by the way Carlos. Fished the BASS qualifiers and made the state team. Got launched from the Nitro in Sammamish and was without a boat for 3months , got the boat back just in time to win the team tourney. Go team Bronco. Had a great time fishing out of the back seat with Jessi P and Russ B at Chelan and Lower Columbia. The finish for the year was awesome with Stu and I redeeming ourselves for last year's blunder at the frostbite and coming away with 800 bucks. I met most of my fishing goals this year and look forward to next year's challenges.

Here are my favorite pics of 2007.
The first ones are the only time I REALLY got both kids out fishing and they had success - Memorial day at Sammamish:
And they had fun driving the boat:
AND FLYING at 40 mph!
As for fishing, I only fished two points tourneys and, well, not so good, but I had two good open tourney finishes:
Larry S and I took 5th at the Silver Lake Open in March. Here are all the fish we caught:
AND here is the biggie for my year. Mark M. and I redeemed ourselves at the Frostbite Open in November by taking 3rd. Here we are getting our check and smiling in the sun:
I look forward to another fun year in 2008!

Also settings on your digital cameras should be downsized to 640X480 so it will fit into the formatted frame....also cuts down on storage....Photobucket gives you a place to send folks should your files be too large or you are a Glory Hog like me!!!

Since this question comes up from time to time:
The reasons that we can't post pictures directly to the site are that we don't have a contract for the amount of space that we would need ( expensive $$$), we don't have anyone with the time and experience to handle the increased maintanance that allowing pics/attachments would require, and allowing pictures (specifically becasue they are attachments) puts the site at higher risk for viruses, hacking, etc.)

Here is what I would do. Go to www.photobucket.com and join. Then you can upload your pics to that site in your own galleries. Once you are there, upload the pics you want and then under the pic there will be a box that give us the URL address. Copy that and come back to this site. Hit the insert image button and this will show up [im g] [/im g] without the spaces. In between each pasteyourpicaddressanditshouldbeallgood.
If you follow them, you should be able to post via Photobucket (or another posting site)
Basically, you are posting the pics on Photobucket's site, then copying the URL (web address) for your picture and posting the link (only) on our site. Whenever someone views that page on our site, it automatically follows that link (web address) and shows the picture you put on Photobucket.
This is the same way that our icon pictures in our profiles work. So, when your profile picture isn't working, the link to the site where the picture is stored is temporarily broken, ie, their site is down for maintenance, etc.
