Great idea Troy !!!

Start it off with my Money fish for the year, Silver lake Open, $408, won 3rd place, 1.5 oz away from big fish.

Early April Susan got her first bass ever, 3.5 lb on Lake WA.

My biggest bass ever, Long lake 7lb 5oz.  Susan got to net it too !

Next pic I would put Matt Herrera's 11.2 lber, but I'll let him post it if he wants  Shocked Shocked

Lake Wa team tourny.  Crazy fog, almost uncomfortable to drive in.

Been a fun year, looking forward to more and bigger fish for 2008.  Matt H, I hope thats possible for you too buddy !!

Wishful Sponsors: BassCat Boats, Mercury Marine, Tackle Warehouse, Chevy Trucks, Chevron Gas, G-Loomis Rods, Shimano Reels.

This is cool!
Started out with Slimers at Black Lake.....

Then Potholes for the points win and 11th place at the Open....

Then to the Jamborree.....

And the Seahawks Charity Tournament with Michael Boulware and Clay Dyer

Meeting the folks at FishingFools for a fish-in on lake Washington...

Saying goodbye to an old friend....

And getting a new one....

Braving the Elements....

Looking to another warm sunny day in 2008!!

Larry,

You look good with that slimer Grin

Not so good fishing for me this year as the fish had me whooooped.

This year is going to be a blast with lots of fun fishing with clients, friends, and family. Only going to fish about 4 events in 2008, but will be back later to WBC in the future. Will miss all the good times with the club in 08.

Good luck to all in 2008.

Will see you on the water somewhere.

Russ,

Please see the intructions Chris B. listed in two posts on this page: http://www.westernbassclub.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1171319790/0

Quote:
Here is what I would do.  Go to www.photobucket.com and join.  Then you can upload your pics to that site in your own galleries.  Once you are there, upload the pics you want and then under the pic there will be a box that give us the URL address.  Copy that and come back to this site.   Hit the insert image button and this will show up [im g] [/im g]  without the spaces.  In between each pasteyourpicaddressanditshouldbeallgood.
(ThesenextinstructionsareforwhenyouarecreatingyourmessageontheWBCsuteandwanttoaddthelinktothepicture.)Quote:
Nowtrypostingthepicfullsizeinthespacewhereyouwritethemessage.Itwillappearwiththetext.ScrolloverallthelittletabsuntilyouseeInsertImage.[img]http://www.westernbassclub.com/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/img.gif

That tab above.

If you follow them, you should be able to post via Photobucket (or another posting site)

Basically, you are posting the pics on Photobucket's site, then copying the URL (web address) for your picture and posting the link (only) on our site. Whenever someone views that page on our site, it automatically follows that link (web address) and shows the picture you put on Photobucket.

This is the same way that our icon pictures in our profiles work. So, when your profile picture isn't working, the link to the site where the picture is stored is temporarily broken, ie, their site is down for maintenance, etc.

Since this question comes up from time to time:

The reasons that we can't post pictures directly to the site are that we don't have a contract for the amount of space that we would need ( expensive $$$), we don't have anyone with the time and experience to handle the increased maintanance that allowing pics/attachments would require, and allowing pictures (specifically becasue they are attachments) puts the site at higher risk for viruses, hacking, etc.)

Also settings on your digital cameras should be downsized to 640X480 so it will fit into the formatted frame....also cuts down on storage....Photobucket gives you a place to send folks should your files be too large or you are a Glory Hog like me!!! Cheesy
