The soft baits are fully digestive. Just put your baits in the water for a day & look what happens. Now a hook could pose a problem but I have caught bass with hooks coming out there butts & they are eating & doing fine.

I'm new to fishing with plastic (soft baits) and I was curious what effects a plastic bait would have on a bass if it were ingested. Can they digest soft baits or would it mean certain death. I know ones made by Foodsource are supposed to be completely digestible (mostly made of gelatin) but is that the case with all soft baits or can they be harmful?
