Time to get the lakes selected for next year!
Each month select a primary and a back up....
April is the draw tourney.... no July tournament...
Select as if Lk. Wa. And Lk. Sammamish are open....
Here is mine as a demo.
April... draw... Lk. Wa.. / Silver Lake.
May... Banks Lake.. / Potholes
June.. Lake Couer D Alene Idaho/ Box Canyon Res.
August.. Lake Wash. / Long Lake Spokane.
September.. Silver Lake / Banks Lk.
October Teamer.. Mason / Banks. Lk.

I modified mine on August 26th....

I would like to add alder to my list fairly high. I think if we fished that lake at full tilt it would be extremley good. And fish even bigger.

April- Washington, Silver
May- Potholes, Whatcom
June- Alder ( not cause I won either. Warms up slower, or at least you think it would, June is typically post spawn, it fished pretty good. )
August- Chelan, Banks
September- Riffe, Moses
October- Mason, Washington.

Wishful Sponsors: BassCat Boats, Mercury Marine, Tackle Warehouse, Chevy Trucks, Chevron Gas, G-Loomis Rods, Shimano Reels.

September and October Lakes Washington and Samamish are closed to all fishing this year. Will be interesting to see if that changes for next year.

I was thinking since we don't have a July tournament, maybe we could have 1 during July as either a draw/or electric only!  What are your thoughts?

July was the month for the Jack-N-Jill tournament. Traditionally in the past it was a two day tournament with the big plaques going to each member of the team thus doubling the trophy cost, with low participation it was costing us too much to hold this tournament. The last J-&-J was held as a one day event during the club's 75th Anniversary.  It was fairly well attended by spouses who hadn't in the past fished one before and all had fun. How many club members would support and fish a one Jack-N-Jill tournament held on this side  of the mountains?

I modified mine adding Lake Couer D Alene Idaho to my June selection... If I am correct.... we will not need a permit for that as its in Idaho.... no $94.00.

I would be fine with anything as long as we had another tournament for July. Either  another points tournament best for a five, just a non  points tournament, or whatever. You could even do something where there's no trophies involved instead trophy money is put towards a couple really good prizes for the top finishers. Like a nice rod, nice real, etc
