Spend last week down at El Salto.  Had a great week.  No double digits, but could a 9 pounder.  Also found floating a dead 8 lb. with a 2-3 lb. Tilapia down its throat.  Here's how my days went.

Day             No. of Fish

Monday (2 hours)              39
Tuesday                          138
Wednesday                       91
Thursday                          75
Friday                             141
Saturday                          65

Total                               575

LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!

Who wants to go next year?

So why do you tell a fishing story about catching lots of big fish in high numbers but can only post a picture of one you found floating. Sounds like a true fish story. Wink
Did you go to Angler's Inn? Yes it's on my bucket list.

Let's try to put together a group from WBC to go.  It would be a blast.  Just let me know who wants to do it and we can work on the details.

(actually I only caught one fish.  I just change shirts  Wink

Those are crazy numbers, believable too.  I think I'd be tired by Day 3.  The prices aren't out of this world either.  Someday for me too Rodney !

As mentioned in last night's meeting, I am going to El Salto 5/27 thru 6/4 2017.  Pete Robbins writes for BASS and Yamamoto and is the group leader and has reserved 12 spots. As of this morning there are still quite a few spots.

In the same time slot in 2015 I was lucky enough to land 4 9lbs and 2 10lbs.  Since it conflicts with the Jamboree you can come in on Wednesday after. If anyone has any questions let me know rk33@frontier.com.

They are holding the spots for a limited time. To make the reservations contact Hanna Robbins at ladyangler@anglersinn.com and she will set it up at the lodge.
