I've been chasing a 5 or 6 pound large mouth for a couple days now, have had it hooked up twice but it got off each time. Switched things up and caught a couple 3 pound small mouth sight fishing, they sure fight hard here in the heat. I spent 15 minutes on this one until I found the right bait and she finally took it. All caught from shore.

Heading out again this morning in pursuit of the large mouth that keeps getting away. It only bites once, one chance then it seems to disappear. I have had it hooked up for a few seconds each time but can't set the hook completely with that dang rod. Got some practice yesterday on those smallies and now I figure I can set the hook, pretty much have to bring the rod to it's breaking point to do it but I'm determined Smiley You should see the action on this rod, it is like a wet noodle!

There has to be a feature for this site software that will compress images and make them smaller...that is huge!

I believe this is closer to the size you were looking for.  I cropped, downsized the pixels and adjusted levels in Photoshop.  I don't believe this sites software has any capability to make images smaller.

Thanks, yeah... I have photoshop etc. but not on my laptop I took on vacation. I could have used paint or something similar but am used to the forum software compressing and sizing the image.

Thanks!
