You are a good man.....  no matter what Jose says!

I won't make breakfast so I'll see you at the lake.

Well it was a rough day out on Sawyer. Four boats and eight people showed up to fish the cold water on the fifth of March. The water temp ranged between 39 and 42 degrees making for a very tough bite. The members included (by boat) Christy and myself; Larry, Jose and Darryl; Phil and Jeff; and Patrick. Nobody caught anything except Patrick, who may have caught a cold. The weather was nice all day, including a few sun breaks to brighten things up a bit. The chilli dogs were extra good this time, because Christy brought a chopped onion. I think it will be the new trend. Mark M showed up after everyone except Christy and me left, and chatted about how tough the conditions of the lake were; and a bit about winter fishing in general. Thanks to all who showed up and I hope we all have a more fortunate outing next month at American Lake! ( If Rodney gives us permission to fish it.   Tongue )

Thanks

Dan Caffrey
