Not to change the subject, but I just saw that we are moving our draw torunament to April 9th? I just got a email from Mt. St. Helens bass club and they are having an open tournament the same weekend as the the 9th. Just thought I would mention that.

So, as I understand WBC is the 16th & 17th and St Helens is the weekend prior, therefore no conflicts exist? Correct?

Sorry to start an uproar. I didnt know the matter had been through the club meeting and was already in a vote. I just happened to see the thread the other day. I have only made one J&J event and it was on Moses Lake and the fishing was rally good. 16 pound days for some. I have been discouraged to go to Roosevelt because it is not one of my personal favorites, but I'm only one opinion. I just don't like the 13 million dinks, but they do bite. To be honest, I think Chelan would probably be one of the hottest lakes in July...

Be careful what you say Rob.  Somebody just might jump down your throat for stating your opinion. LOL!!

Ditto Glen LOL!!!

Chelan would be a better venue for all imho due to allowing more anglers to have a better chance at bringing in some monster bags and allowing us to fish Lake Wapatoad in the evening for some even bigger fish. Instead of all racing to the Sand Poil to fish a small loaded area, Chelan fishes bigger.

I have suggested this lake in the past, but want to say that the club favors Rosey for some reason. Maybe due to being able to fish Banks after the tourney day.

Thanks Larry. Smiley  No kidding about the opinion. Better make sure everyone else thinks the same before you give it.

2012?? We can't even get 2011 figured out.....

I really wished Roosevelt fished better than it does cause it is a big body of water. Would be nice to spread out and have people win on new spots, but the fact is, it doesn't.

Just a reminder, if you are unable to make the meeting and desire to voice your vote by an absentee web based vote go to the members section and place your vote by noon tomorrow.  Looking forward to a great meeting.

Rob, Roosevelt has been turning in some great weights needed to win...
2009...27.72
2007...24.77
2006...22.11
2005...24.10
and just a note...at every J & J ive been to never has one of the ladies been skunked and when roosevelt kicks out 40-60 fish a day the ladies seem to have a blast...at least mine did....could'nt stop the giggling if I wanted to!
(Cannot find results from 2010-2008)
