Imagine if you will a Military Briefing like those during "Desert Storm" - a Senior Army Officer standing next to a large TV, and briefing the press on a video of a strike:

"Ladies and Gentlemen, what you are about to see is a classic example of a surgical ... See More strike mission from mission inception to final strike." "The Scenario we are about to see contains two hostile forces facing off against each other in the presence of a "Peacekeeping Force" under a fragile cease-fire. There is at this time an implicit understanding that hostilities between opposing factions will be met with action designed to restore the cease-fire with minimum use of force.

Step (1) - Intelligence Gathering
Peacekeepers observe break out of hostilities between factions and issue a verbal warning to observe the cease-fire. Factions indicate compliance and cease hostilities.

Step (2) - Target Identification
One Faction continues to initiate hostile action, Peace-keepers issue second and final verbal warning to specific faction seen to be initiating attacks. Initiating faction raises hands in surrender and action ceases.

Step (3) - Target Designation
Faction re-commences hostile actions and is observed by Peacekeepers. Command and Control instantly designates the faction as "Primary Target" and lock GPS co-ordinates into weapons platform. A strike is authorized.

Step (4) - Target Acquisition and manouever to Firing Point
Target is acquired, weapons delivery platform moves rapidly to deployment site and prepares the chosen munition - one single, non-explosive kinetic energy warhead.

Step(5) - Weapon Deployment and Launch
Weapon is deployed, launch platform is extended fully overhead and the warhead is launched on a guided, high angle-of-attack vector.

Step (6) - Impact and Damage Report
The weapon is seen to dive towards target, the steep angle making for a high degree of accuracy with very small CEP (Circular Error Probability). Warhead is seen to impact target with high kinetic energy. Target is completely removed from site of hostilities with little or no collateral damage.

Mission Success: 100/100
