Skeeter Trailer Owners Beware

As most of you know I just had my trailer hubs, bearings, brakes replaced at Nixons about a month ago. I trailered my boat over to lake Wa for the Wafish event in early December and after the tournament I discovered that one of my bearing covers disappeared.

Now the bad news is that they no longer make this part. So I have to take a standard bearing buddy and machine down one of my wheel rims in order for the bearing buddy to fit.

ARRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!! Angry Angry Angry

What kind of quality is this, sucks is all I can say.

Looks like that recall was for the ommission of a flat washer in the swing-away tongue on the trailer.  It wasn't just skeeter, but possibly many of the boat brands that used the EZ loader trailer at that time.

the recall was for a omitted washer not omission(they forget to install it)or it could fail. and if it had a swing away tongue it stands to reason that the statement is true for those years.
