WAFISH Tournament

Many of you may be aware of the WAFISH Tournament December 5th 2009 - Lake Washington.  It is a no entry fee team tournament with big fish and big stringer options. It conflicts with our monthly fish-in traditional date.  Cry  I see it a good chance to show up in numbers and make the club proud and take home many of the great prizes.  Smiley

I understand from my sources in Vegas that Team Pork and Cheese are even money favorites to win the tourney.  I think Vegas is factoring in Mark's recent win with Stu at the Frostbite on Banks Lake and his knowledge of Lake Washington especially in late fall/winter as big factors as to why they have recently became the "chalk".  Wink

My prediction....Pork and Cheese...15.51lb for the win! Good luck Pork and Cheese and also to you Russ if you decide to fish.

The good co-angler and man with the Gorilla Hookset has committed to be my backseater!!!!

Come on fellow Western Bass Club Members, this is a good chance to show how good we are.  I see it as a good chance to recruit some new members, and make good contacts with other bass anglers. Come fish and have a good time.

Most important, no entry fee.

Lillebrand/Lowe for the win with the only limit at 11.5 lbs.  These guys have won a ton of $$$ on Washington in ABA events
Maderos / Maglio was second with 3fish at 9.5lbs.  Had a 4th bite that just didn't hook up or we would have won it.  Good call by the way Paysno.
Dover/ and ???? his unknown buddy had 3 fish for 8.8lbs
Marcantonio/Hobbs had 4 fish for 8lbs.

28 boats came out to play with about 1/2 the field catching fish
Baker / Bassahollic had one fish
Rodney/ and Trucknmusic not sure.
Great event and good showing by our club members
