Lake Wallula Results

First, thanks for those behind the scenes who got the site back up.

We had 9 boats drive over but unfortunatetly Mark Brown's Merc wouldn't perform and that took him and Faz out of this event. Also Northwest Bass held an event one pool down on the Columbia and that took several of our members away from our tourney.

On with the results:

1. Bryan Hudgens            15.94
2. Glenn May                   13.74  and BIG FISH   3.94lb.
3. Keri May                      12.84
4. Phil Hudgens                11.80
5. Larry Sullivan               11.74
6. Rocky Beeman jr.         9.74
7. Bob Paysno                  9.50
8. Rocky Beeman sr.         8.60
9. April Watson                 8.04
10. Jose Gomez-Eligido      7.99
11. Thomas Maciel             7.18
12. Karl Krein                    6.55
13. Carlos Trijillo               6.36
14. Jim Smith                    6.16
15. Jeff Iacchei                  5.56

Check my next post for current standings of Angler of the Year race.

Total fish caught  133 smallies and no largemouths.

Total weight 141.74 lbs.

Looks like the Hudgens and Mays ruled the day!  Way to go guys!  It was nice of Phil and Keri to let their partners get the lions share of the glory. Wink

Rev,

It helps to hire a guide service.

Nice one Russell. Now I know how you do it. Oh and where were you? Prefishing with a guide for Chelan maybe?

Hey to each his own. I would love to see the Hudgens team win AOY.  Smiley Smiley

No sour grapes here. I think its awesome that a father is helping his son to make that goal and the Mays at one time used a guide service to better there chances on a body of water they were not familiar with.

Hey I wish we all could utilize some kind of help in our fishing experiences.

We become better anglers that way.

Phil,

Just fun fishing with the family on Wapato and late Sunday on Chelan with two sunbathers floating buy me while I took a fatherless kid out from the neighborhood to show him how to fish.

Making my contribution to get more kids out fishing.

Sorry I couldn't attend. My two potential partners bailed on me and not having someone to split expenses with makes it tougher. Especially running the river where I usually run a lot. By the looks of the results the fishing must have been tough.

Hey Guys and Gals, Make no mistake I wanted to kick my sons butt as the rest of ya. Cool Personally I want to win every event I enter but I have fun fishing at the same time.

Byran has done it on his own, well except for locations maybe and lure selection and where to throw the lure and how to present the lure and oh yea, netting of course and  Wink you get the picture. and I still want to beat him but he keeps catching the fish.  Cry

I am conceeding contro for Chelan because it wouldn't be right at this point to not let him have the opportunity to win Angler of the Year.

Glenn and Keri nice job on the Columbia!  Grin
