Banks Lake Drivers Meeting

Drivers meeting for for Saturday morning will be 4:45 a.m. Blastoff as soon as everyone is floating. Drivers meeting will include a livewell check.

I will determine livewell check and blastoff time for Sunday at the Saturday drivers meeting. So please remind me!!! Tongue

Yes, the club will be competing during the TBF qualifiers.  So figure about 60 to 70 boats total trying to launch between Western and the TBF guys.  So give your selves a little extra time.

Sorry Russ, seems everyone does that. 

Had a great time this weekend.  I haven't fished Banks since 2004.  It was like fishing a new body of water for the first half of Saturday, then it all started coming back.  Sunday was awesome.  Limit by 6:30 and two hail mary fish at 12:45.  What a rush.  It was also great having my wife there.  She just relaxed, fished occasionally, slept, read books and slept a little more.  Nice relaxing weekend without the kids for both of us.  How good is this lake if we could actually bring in LM's.  I quit fishing for them after the 2nd 15.5 inch fish and having to throw it back. UGH! Cry 

Great job again, Phil, for running a smooth tourney.  I could tell it was a little stressful with the other "T" going on at the same time.

I can say one thing is that WBC tournaments get more fun every time I attend them. On friday night I laughed so hard it put tears in my eyes after a few jokes with Steve Hastings/Jack/Angie/Mark Brown/Henry. The motor home was filled with laughter.

Where can you go to have this much fun for $20 entry fee, $100 for gas?

and about 10 guys fishing the TBF event on saturday from WBC.


You guys missed a great time.
