Interstate has never failed me, and for the $$, I think conventional batteries have the Optimas beat.

For anyone interested in the Optima battery. Here is a link to get a $20 rebate per battery. This is through the BASS sponsor website.

i run an all electric boat - so batteries are my lifeline.

after switching to optima bluetops - i dont think ill go back to any other.

my charges last longer, and i notice they hold a higher voltage for a longer periods.  if need be i can go out upto 3x times before recharging.  they are smaller and lighter than your conventional acid batteries, and a bonus factor is you can install them on their side.

MOTOR:
- Minnkota 101 @ 36volt

post up if you have any other q's
