Maybe 16 lbs with this weather getting worse someone will be lucky getting that.

I will say big fish at 5+, but no more than 6.

I'd rather fish in rain than bluebird skies on Silver, been there done that.
27 lbs to win with a fish over 10 for the basscat  Huh

Wishful Sponsors: BassCat Boats, Mercury Marine, Tackle Warehouse, Chevy Trucks, Chevron Gas, G-Loomis Rods, Shimano Reels.

I believe your right on that Daryl won't argue that with this weather going south on all of us.

Its going to be brutal no matter where your fishing this weekend.

Do Yall honestly think the fishing is going to be that good??  I mean it will probably be freezing - literally.  I was seriously debating about going anymore.  The weather doesn't bother me so much, but if it kills the bite I am thinking the fishing might not be worth the costs.  But of course it would all be worth it, if I could finally catch something.

Thanks, Jon

Jon, ya gotta do it for the love of fishing not a "cost vs catching ratio" or you'll be disappointed more often than not.  Its a great way to learn fishing techniques, spots on the lake and meeting prospective fishing partners for future tournies.  Just hanging with the guys/gals before and after the tournament is worth the price of gas.  You can also share expenses/rides with folks too.  I know you'd like to catch some fish, we all do!  If your looking to maximize your fish per dollar, then definitely later in the year is better though.

Exactly why Kirk, that I chose to fish the Draw-Vs-the Open....although the Open has many clubbers also!!! Cheesy
And decided to not fish the FLW Qualifiers.
I spent alot of time prepping my camper and getting everything good to go.
Bring on whatever Nature wants to bring because I am gonna be there!!
