Silver Lake in Cowlitz Co is the place and Big Fish are the game!
For those wanting to start the year off with the first Largemouth trip this lake is where you want to be as the biggest fish will come up early and several 8+ pound fish have been boated in prior fish-ins this time of year.
We will meet for breakfast at 5 AM at Spiffeys Restaurant at I-5 at Hwy 12 exit....I will find the exit number as we get closer....
and we will meet at the launch at 6:30
The launch access is I-5 south to exit #49 left at the exit......follow that road approx. 4-5 miles to the public launch sign on the right.....if you come to a tavern/campground on the left with the lake to the right you have gone too far....more info to come and folks....get your braids and flippin sticks ready!
