Guys,

So what I am hearing is a yes for Fajita Meat???? I found the skirt steak at a specialty store, as many grocery stores don't carry it and can pick it up on thursday. Do we have some volunteer grillers and grill? Is there someone that can bring the tortilla's?

I'm okay with being one grill guy and bringing my own small grill.

I'm thinking of buying 15lbs will that suffice?

I need some answers guys so please chime in asap.

Thanks,

Russ

Okay here is the skinny,

The meat cost us 5.99/lb. So it will run about $4.50-$5/person with Tortilla which I am throwing in myself. So I was little off on my math figuring most of us guys will eat over a 1/2lb of meat each.

I just picked up close to 19lbs of Skirt Steak and this should be enough.

All I need now is an idea of how many grills we will have??????

I will bring one, I was taking a small one anyways.  If ya'll need me to I will bring the larger one.  It will not be any trouble, just wondering.

Picked up all the stuff for the Pico de Gollo and some cheese today.

Anita and I will be headed out in the morning,  I am very excited, and looking forward to all the tall tales.

See you all soon and have have a safe trip over there.

Marc,

If you could bring the larger of the two that would be great. Or both. I have a ton of meat to cook.
