There is a guy (forgot his name) who repairs reels at Outdoor Emporium. You drop them off at the front desk and he comes by everyday and picks them up everyday and usually can get them back in a day or two. He does really good work, last year I had all my reels done by him.

John's Sporting Goods in Everett has been the main go to reel repair establishment in the area for many years. If Everett is too far to drive, they will take care of you by mail/phone. They also sell parts, spools, etc.
