A report for us northsound fishermen. Was at Lake Whatcom yesterday fished from 11am-4pm and managed 4 smallies, two fish were at 3.1lb and the other two at 1lb. All my fish came from beds, the water temp was 56-58 degrees and they are up spawning ! Probably would have caught more if it wasn't so windy. No problems with the outboard restrictions.
  
Winners are losers who gave it one more try.
