I put keelshield on last fall/winter was pretty easy. just make sure you prep the area real good and temp (both boat and shield) in over 70 degrees

works good as intended but wish it was a little wider (like the hambys)

I think either BPS or cabela is discontinuing the keelshield and has them on sale!

I got the keelgard as it was installed at the dealership...been happy with it and there has been no shift or peel away in the three years since purchase.

I also got a keelshield from one of the guys in our club, ($50)and am very happy with it. I tried to get a Hamby's on a few years ago, but the only dealer in our area at the time was just too busy to call me back! I called numerous times, as we all get a little busy, but never got the boat in. So, I put the heat on in the garage, followed the directions to a tee, and it has worked excellent as promised. That being said, the Hambys protector is definately a nicer product!
