Tuesday of next week, I, along with a couple of co-workers, will be searching for the wily Perca flavescens on Lake Sammamish.

Yes, I am getting paid to fish for perch...  8) HA!

But - I would appreciate any information you might have about these beasts. I can catch them on Lake Washington, but have never tried for them on Sammamish. Has anyone been out there for perch lately? Are they holding at the same depths as Lake Washington perch? I would expect them this time of year to be schooling in water 40-70 feet deep.

Any info is appeciated. If you have Tuesday off and want to come out and help poor students, come out to Lake Sammamish for perch jerkin'! We'll be at the launch at 9am.
