Two guys I work with caught a LMB at Potholes 2 weeks ago that weighed over 12 lbs. on their chatillion(SP?) scale.  :  According to them, the fish measured 23 1/2 inches and had a huge girth.  The fish was caught, photographed, measured & released back in the dunes area in about 15  ft. of water.   Pictures are coming.  I'll try to get one posted. 
Now for the killer.  The toad was caught TROLLING a Mepps Spinner almost on the surface on 8 lb test line.

Exactly what I told George.  He said he didn't want to chance hurting the fish as it was quite hot and he doesn't have a livewell on his boat, only a big cooler.
Thats why I'm waiting to see the pics.
