  from the Washington Dept of Fish & Wildlife, will be here to introduce himself as new to the Warmwater team and he has information to share with us regarding the 1990 Established Angler Diary Program.  If you are unfamiliar withit as I was, it will help you understand it and you can then participate and help them out in fact gathering.  I look forward to hearing from Bruce and his ideas and new area.
