I'll be there either way, probably ignoring them if they decide to do this. To be honest, I'm not all that worried about it they try this stupid crap every year with the budget

Are the law enforcement officers really going to cite people for fishing if this happens ? I dont think they care enough since the state is screwing so many of its employees . I think they'll look the other way. I hope.

If the State Government should not come to an agreement on the State Budget we will have a problem for our tournament on Banks Lake.
July 1st. is the deadline and if no agreement is reached the state government will shut down including all lake fishing... our permit will be invalid as fishing is not allowed.. I have confirmed this with Bruce Baker at Fisheries.
We will be monitoring this closely as the 1st. approaches. and please sent some mail to your legislator's to get their job done!!!
