I've added up all the requests that everyone has listed and I'm coming up with 5 t-shirts and 7 hoody/sweatshirts, plus another item or two.  So that's 12 - 14 garments.  Last year, for our initial order, we ordered 64 items.

Putting together these orders takes quite a bit of work on my part and to be honest with you I don't want to take the time to put together an order for 12 - 14 shirts.

Because of the small number of items, each of these items would have cost more because the setup fees would be spread out over a smaller number of garments and we would also not get the quantity discounts we got with our initial order because of the low quantities.

I talked about this at the General Membership meeting last night letting everyone know the above reasons and that I don't think its a good idea to spend my time and your higher amounts of money on getting shirts every year.

I think the best approach would be to possibly do an order every other year, so we can get some decent quantities of items to order, which will make the effort worth it.

We'll talk about this in early 2018 and see how many garments we have orders for then.

Last year we put together an order for 64 t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, and some club members that missed out on the 2016 order are interested in placing another order in 2017.

We'd like to see the level of interest in buying more WBC logo wear for 2017.  If there is enough interest in placing another order we could move further with this.

Because this order will most likely be much smaller than the 2016 order (because most club members bought from the 2016 order), it will also be a bit more costly because we would have to spread the setup fees over a smaller number of garments.

I will also have to verify with Dugan's that the pricing would be the same as last years order.

Everyone that bought a garment last year is familiar with the pricing, I think it would fall in line with what most people would pay for these items.

As a rough guideline, and adding a few extra dollars to account for the lower total quantity we would be ordering, here are some rough approximations of what these items might cost:

Short sleet t-shirts - $12 to $15
Sweat shirts / Hoodies - $25 - $30
Tall versions of these cost a few more dollars.

Depending on how many items club members want to order, we may place an order, or we may not.
