I has noticed a very good water dog population in many to most of the lakes I haved fished. Those amphibians love to raid bass nests full of eggs! Ask them what affects fertilizer and pesticide run offs from their pretty manicured lawns have on the effect of amphibian survival?

I asked how much they thought bass effected the local amphibian population and they said they didn't have a real figure. They just "know that they have large mouths and big appetites."

I'm in a class right now in partnership with Woodland Park Zoo for amphibian conservation so I can teach my 5th graders about it. Part of the video blames bass for declining amphibian populations...
