I'll always vote for Pecos Pit for their pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, and they have ribs on the to go menu.
Who brought the fantastic pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans to one of our past year-end awards banquets? Wasn't it Jim Endicott? It sure was good and I'd rate it right up there with Pecos, maybe even better!
Pecos now has a West Seattle location which I need to check out to see if the quality is the same as the SODO location.

If anyone knows a bbq place that has better smoked ribs and spicy sauce than Armadillos in Duvall let me know. With corn bread and baked beans.
The Woodman in Snoqualmie. Best, ribs, ever.

I'm having a few fir trees taken down right now in preparation. They were diseased and weakened so I'll have a bunch more fire wood I'm all set and ready. Got the generator all set up and waiting.
