I just talked to Willie, time your arrival to ensure you can be at the Ft Lewis beach near the marina prior to 0630 at the latest. There will be a breakfast and then begin pairing up soldiers and boaters at 0700 hrs.

I'll be there and hope you guys won't mind me keeping close to you so I get some fish for my warrior.  Wouldn't want to disappoint one of our brave men or women.

definitely launch from the state launch. a 30 second drive in the boat is faster than 30-40 minutes of waiting in a check in station

I received a message from Willie Parsons of the Evergreen Bass Club. They are holding there event on JBLM July 19th. They are looking for 6 to 8 more boats. Contact Willie at 253-606-0518.

There will be an update on the start time.

It is easiest  to launch at the State boat launch and motor across.

Show your support for our soldiers and take them fishing on this day.
