I fished it last Tuesday and caught a 2lb smallmouth and lost 3 others (broke off two of them Angry).  Fish are shallow and cruising right about now.  Most smallies have spawned out, but you might find a male on a bed here and there.  I saw some largies roaming around, but wouldn't take my bait.

I really need to figure this lake out. I hit the docks on the West side of the lake with 3" grubs, 5" senko's, and a mid diving crank bait. I caught one 8" smallie all morning. I found a log and got 3 good hits but didn't land anything there. I also threw a frog at the Southeast side in the pads. No bites there either.

Larry, you have any advice? I happened to spot your truck in front of what I assume is your house. You live about 4 miles from me and I'm now stalking you Smiley

Anyone have advice? I was fishing 5 feet to 12 feet deep. Was a beautiful morning. Just no fish.

Thanks,
Darren
