Well it was a tough bite out on Mason yesterday. All 5 boats caught fish, but not many. Rodney caught 3 LM with his biggest going 2-9 and the win for most weight. Ray boated a nice 3-5 LM for big fish of the day. Karl caught 1 small LM. Terry caught a 2 lb LM, and a full limit of big trout. I got skunked as far as LM or SM go. I spent a lot of time trying to find the small mouth that live in the lake, I don't know if the population is very good but I though I'd give it a try.All I caught were perch and rock bass.  I did find a pod of 3 huge LM though I could not get any of them to bite. They were "carp size" as Jose put it. Jose caught an 11 oz lm bass from my backseat. Everyone caught a lot of rock bass and perch also. Terry was the only one to catch a northern pike minnow. All in All I think this lake would be best fished in early spring or fall. Finding Largemouth seemed to be more like searching for a needle in a haystack. I'll definitely be fishing this lake again, but at a different time of year.

Can someone post the address here? I've got a graduation to go to at Key Arena and was not having any luck in finding the address.  Thanks, I gotta run.

Lets see, we are looking at a 2 hour drive for Karl. So far just 3 of us going. I say we we hit the Shari's at the intersection of Hi-way 16 and SE Sedgwick Rd.

Adjust the breakfast time to 0600 hrs at the up above listed Shari's.

Who else is going?

Who's going and what are they bringing for breakfast?

I'm going and will make scrambled eggs with cheese and heat up some pre-cooked bacon.

OK sounds like everyone already knows how to get there. So I'll just suggest meeting at the launch at 5 30 for breakfast. I hope everyone is cool with that.

Looks like it is closer to cross the bridge and head to Bremerton then south to Belfair. This route would be 1 hour 1 minute based on my mapping program. About 11 minutes faster then going around Oly through Shelton.  Shore breakfast seems the way to go.  I got the stove and griddle for pancakes and more.

I agree.

Isn't there a Shari's down by Olympia, or out that way, that we could do breakfast at?
