I actually boated 3 and lost 2 at the boat. One of them I lost was over 3. Not sure why I even have a net as I never use it (except during tourneys). The two I lost I am sure we're due to me doing the old "professional swing" and kerplunk......this coming weekend should be a hoot out there with all the sun this week.....

We had 4 boats with 5 anglers and up until 11AM it was a dry day!!! And then the downpour came!!!! But in usual fashion the Western Crew came out victorious as three of the boats caught fish!! Don Hankinson caught two with the biggest being 2.5 lbs. the other at 2 even, Darren caught one for 1.8 lbs. and Karl caught one at 1.6 lbs. three of the fish caught were in 25 ft. or less!!!!! water temps were at 45-47 and cloudy water color. Will post pics as I get them off my phone or if the anglers get them up. Nice Job Western!!!!

Looks like the rain may hold off a bit, let's do it.

Yeah but the rain is way warmer now that we are above freezing!! Rain gear practice!! Also a good way to shake down the boats!! Wet is wonderful!!

The weather is making me a bit nervous... sounds like we might have a window of dry weather though possibly.

Might just bring it Darren and we can if anything cruise in tandem to spots and show some specifics and techniques.
That would be cool, I'll plan on that then.

Thank you's go to Larry and Karl for kicking this months fish-in off with Dan's personal commitments keeping him busy. I will not be able to make this one, I injured my shoulders in a fall at work and need a little time to heal up.

Will we be assigning back seaters or do we come with that already arranged? I have a boat but don't know the lake well... I am looking to learn from people but if we are short boats I can take mine.
