Went out on the lake for the 1st time in a while and had a 20+ fishing day with my friend Dave Rosario (wrestling coach).Had fish busting on the water for most part of the morning, so proceeded to through topwater baits of all kinds and just wore them out. As the day wore on we switched up to fishing weed lines and deep water docks and they turned out to be very productive. Dave is learning to fish for Bass but I think I have created a monster. We have gone out a couple times after that great day of fishing and have had similar results. Here is a picture of a 4.82 lb smallie I caught which turned out to be the big fish of the day. The others caught were not bad either with a couple 3+ lbers for the day.
