Hi Larry,
It's hard to be definitive from the video, but it looks like a rainbow trout with spawning colors, to me. Possibly a cutthroat, but it is definitely a trout. Small spots all over a square-edged tail, short snout. All signs of a trout. Also salmon typically spawn fall thru late winter, so a spring spawner suggests trout, too.

Went looking for Mortimer yesterday.....got 1/2 the day off for being a bad boy at work Windy but fishable...52 degree water fished cranks and texas rigged Yamamoto Craw...got several hits on the Craw nothing on the crankbait then went way shallow and skipped docks...immediately lost two under docks....went back to one of them and caught a 3+ lb Trout or maybe a Salmon? will post Pic tonight....residents said there was alot of these fish in the area the last week or so....released it and went to a deeper dock and hung a 3' Largemouth on a dock piling that broke me off and then jumped around the boat trying to shake off mySenko and hook!!
