Lake Washington was HOT today!  Just ask Phil Hudgens, who had the gall to call me at work and tell me he had just caught a 4 lb. smallie off of one of our "spots".  Talk about rude, abrasive and thoughtless!  With friends like him, who needs enemies?  Just kiddin' Phil, glad to hear you're using your days off wisely.  Looking forward to next weekend to spend time with my "buds" (and hopefully, kick all your butts).  Have a good weekend

Can't get away from this lake.  Went out Wednesday for a few hours and got skunked.  Redeemed myself today before the meeting and boated 8 with the biggest going 3lbs 8oz.  My buddy landed 5 himself with his personal best of 4lbs.  The small ones are moving in.

WOW!!! What a day for me today.  Went out from 6:30 to 11:30am and caught 11.  First 4 went 3.5, 4.5, 4.7, 3.0, and best five probably went around 18-19lbs.  Smallest fish was a 1lb.  Seemed like everything I threw out worked.  Still need my 5lber now.

Sorry I didn't make it to the Long lake fish-in Saturday but I wasn't feeling well . I did manage to get out on Lake Washington Sunday and found the tempature up to 54 in some spots , caught only one but she was a beauty at 5.5lbs, caught in the Union Bay area on a jig. I love starting my year out right !!

Sunday I caught 2, a 2.6 and a 1.6.  Missed 3 others.  Today I caught a 4.0 and my buddy caught a 1.0.  Can't seem to get a pattern down as they all hit different lures.

Went out with my buddy and he landed his first bass of the year...a 3.7 in 19ft of water slow dragging a grub.

Porks fish came off of the coleman point area, the Cheese fish that broke off didn't come off any point.  Large flat near a spawning area
