Jim,
Although I did not get to many fishins this year, the Sawyer fish-in was a blast and thanks for making me and a buddy feel welcome. Your awesome. Russ

Darn Jim, just as Rob was getting you to cook the Brats perfectly you go and jump ship.
Well we told Rob if he can't stand the cooking he could do it himself. HEY, he is going to have to do it.
Good job Jim on all that you have done for the club and will do in the future, cause we got your home number. HEHE
I am sure Rob will takeup where you left off and do just as great a job.
Thanks again.
Rich

I have to admit it I have turned into a warm weather fisherman. But I did do breakfast and got everyone on the water and at 1pm we had some awsome chili (Staggs Classic).
For the big fish kitty I added a twist, that was:
For the biggest large mouth, I would match the pot and the whole pot would go to the large mouth,
If no large mouth where caught then the standard big fish kitty would go to the largest smallie.
If (by fat chance) no smallies where caught then 1/4 of the standard big fish kitty would go to the largest perch.
As it turns out nobody even tried for lg mouth and the standard pot went to Faz, with his 2.5lb smallie.
As I will not be running the fish-ins next year, I want to thank the club for a great year and I had fun putting on the fish-ins and meeting with everyone.
Thank you to all.
P.S. Stu this is my newsletter article.

I'm on-line late, so I'll put in my piece.
We had 5 people (6 including Jim, who didn't fish, but set us up and made us some awesome chili).
I fished with Mark Maderos and had my first taste of Rev rigging. We didn't get any bass, but we took an hour off and caught about 18 perch.
Faz had big fish with a 2.5+ (actual weight, Faz?) smallie. Brian and his son also caught smallies.
The weather wasn't too bad. Some rain and a little cold, but no frost on the boats like I've heard about. A really great day for this time of the year.

I might be out there in the morning. I can let you know later tonight when I talk to the wife and see what our Sat morning schedule is. I plan on rev rigging in the south end of the lake.
