Hey Larry are you trying to tell me it takes 8 spots to spell the word patience. I have patience when I'm on the water and I know your probably asking how can you have patience fishing a crankbait. Well I've found it takes up to a 100 casts to get them on them sometimes. I know it probably take me more than 2 or 3 years to make to the top but I won't quit trying to make it happen until I make it and then I can set knew goals.

P.S. Is it a bass, is it a trout, is it a striper, No its Now Fish WonderBoy.

Right after I went out in washington! Right before a big front and gained my confidence back. I think the smallest fish that day would have been 1.5lbs. I would have had a sack of about 14.5lbs. It was an excellent day.

You must have learned the crankbait super quit Nick. Just a few months ago you were asking us about how to fish them, and said you must have forgotten how to catch fish on them...

Regarding reduced turnouts...are you using a 10"  or 12" min.? Folks like to catch fish they can weigh, especially the wives, girlfriends and kids. It makes sense to use the 10" minimum length, as long as it's legal to do so. Less than that, legal or not, they're too small, too agile, and too difficult to get out of the livewell. I've seen other clubs weigh in with bags full of 6" bass, and I thought it was disgusting.

Also, what has changed about the prize situation? The year I ran the T's (2000), every member got some kind of prize, trophy, cash or some sort of gizmo drawn in the raffle. I thought that was a good scheme, myself.
