Due to the newsletter not making it to you prior to this fish-in, pre-fishing and other activities turnout was dismal.

The fish-in was on lake Sawyer on Sat May 15th and here's what happened…...

I had breakfast with myself (quite entertaining actually).  Don Baxter and Don Sanger joined me at the launch

Just as we were getting ready to launch  Phil & Brian Hudgins came out to fish, ( not knowing of the Fish-in) and Faz and John Harris came out to put some time on Faz's motor.

So in the end we had a good time, some fish were caught and we stuffed ourselves with Brats, Chips and Sodas.

Fish-in log
Notes:
# of People -- 3
# of Boats -- 2
Potluck info -- Brats Chips and sodas

# of Fish caught -- 5 smallies
Size of fish caught -- Big Fish was around 2lbs (we didn't really keep track)
Amb. Temp -- 60 to 65
Water temp -- 62
Weather conditions -- Over cast with light breeze,
Fish Location -- 0-15 t
Water clarity -- somewhat murky visibility 3-5 ft
Structure fish found on -- under docks and around structure
Patterns that caught fish -- Rattle trap, crankbait, and skippin plastics
How Patterns faired to each other -- Fewer fish under docks than around weed beds

So what's the results for Sawyer Jim? Did many people show up? It seemed like there were a lot of people scattered.
