As an old highschool shop teacher, the manufacturing processes bring back many memories!  Now you can see why they are so expensive!

Hey folks,
If you're curious as to how they build bass boats, Ranger has a several online videos, shot at their plant, that do an excellent job of explaining how they do it - from concept to finished product.  Kinda cool to see the "guts" of a boat and how it's all put together.
