Keri and I hit lake Sammamish again this weekend.  Water temp was 58-59 all across the lake, no wind to worry about.

Bass are on the beds!

We caught several nice smallies, including 2 over 3 lbs and a 4lb 14oz pig that was nice enough to pummel Keri's grub.  It was her biggest fish to date, as well as her first time sight fishing, so it was a gas.

All fish hit twin tail grubs (color didn't matter), except for one (3lb 10oz) who wouldn't have anything to do with the grub, so I tossed in 5" brush hog and he slammed it.

Put another hour on the motor as well - gawd is it hard to just drive around when you know big 'uns are bedding!  4 mores hours to go and she'll be all broke in.

There was a WBA tournament going on today.  Too bad we didn't sign up, or we would've made the top 5.   Grin
