5 people hit Sawyer yeaterday, Ron 'N' Don Hankinson, Chris Sergeant, Terry Steffenson and i crammed into Don's and Chris's boats and hit the water about 8,30am.

Suffice to say Ron was the only one to hit paydirt with a 13" smallie a few hours into the day..the only "real" fish caught. Terry got a slimer just before 1pm.

Afyer lunch, Ron and I were the only ones left and we went back and fished until 4.30 without even a real bite!! Thank God it can only get better from here on in...like most of us I can't wait until the critters wake up and start getting ready to spawn. Something tells me it's gonna be one heckuva year!!
