The dad-to-be, Mr. Backlash himself, is awarded the prize of "Most resourceful on the internet"! Nice digging, buddy Cheesy That number is right on.

For those that couldn't find the reference, it is entitled "Shoreline and Dock modifications in Lake Washington" by Jason Toft, 2001. I was reading through it the other day, and yes, Glenn, although it is dry reading, there is some cool information in it. By the way, NICE WILD GUESS!

Here is a link for those interested:

The report is rep #0106.

Thanks for playing! So Jim, are ya gonna be at the next meeting?  8)

Chris,
Obviously you've obtained this data through some sort of bass habitat study on Lake Washington.  Although I found plenty of dry, dull reading on the subject, this stat seems elusive.  Even a quick search of the King Co. assessors' database came up empty.

So, a wild guess.... 2,750  give or take 100

Ok, so I'll give you all a hint! I couldn't do Bax's guess in my head, so I'll have to let him try again! HA!

The number of docks is greater than Cal Ripken's consecutive games played record, but less than Bob Payseno's (Pays2No) guess... THERE! Now it is just plain easy!

No tricks here Virgil. I couldn't tell you the difference between a dock and pier  Roll Eyes

ok Chris I think your messing with us. I'm going to say 99, because after 10 min.  of thought, I don't think there are any docks on lake Wa.... I think all "docks" that we fish are "piers" and the only "docks" on the lake are on lk. Union which there would be 4 of those.
Now my guess is 99, just in case I am wrong  about the LK. not having any docks....I still might be with-in 100...am I on the right track?  I mean are you messing with us?  Tongue Cheesy ???         V-DUB-YA
